The Challenge!

One owner of Neon Knights will post a score for a round on Neo Turf Masters on the Neo Geo MVS. The score will be the best single round score from 3 attempts. All you have to do is beat it!

How to Enter!

Simply come to the Arcade and let one of the team know you will be attempting the challenge. You will need to pay £1 per attempt which will be added to the prize kitty. We will then setup a camera to record your attempt.

The Prize!

If you beat the score set, you will take the initial prize offering of £20 plus all other entry fee's collected for completed attempts up to the point of your successful round!

So do you enter early to make sure you win the prize, or wait until the pot has built up and risk someone else winning it?!

If no one is successful by closing time on the 20th of October 2019, all entries are kept by the house.

Full Rules and Conditions

Course to be attempted is Baden National Golf Course
Score to be achieved will be published online once submitted. This score must be beaten. Matching the score is not a successful attempt.
Prize money available will be updated at close of play each night but available as at a time and date on request.
Any golfer may be chosen to complete the challenge.
Attempts must be completed in single player mode. This is to avoid trial and error using the second golfer.
Entry entitles the player to one completed round of 18 holes per £1.
There are no limits to the amounts of credits used to complete the 18 holes.
All attempts must be video recorded. This is to evidence to other players that a win was genuine. Any failure of recording during an attempt will void any results post the recording ceasing. Recording equipment will be provided by the Arcade.
Any failure of gaming hardware, through non-malicious means, will mean the player will be allowed to pick up their round from the last completed hole with the score from the last completed hole honored.
Any attempts to cheat or tamper, damage or interfere with the machine to affect the result will lead to an immediate disqualification from the competition with no refund offered and suspensions from further competitions.
Entry to the tournament is not a substitute for entry to the Arcade. Only paying entrants to the arcade will be allowed to compete.
Under 18's will be permitted to enter this competition as since this is a skill based competition it is not gambling. However, we will ask for the accompanying responsible adult to confirm they are happy for anyone under the age of 18 to take part.
If at any point another player other than the paying entrant touches the controls, offers advice, either verbally or by direction, or interferes with the attempt the result will be voided and entry fees kept.
Only attempts made in the Arcade will be accepted.
The game will be set to MVS Level 4 difficulty.
Upon completion of the event, either from a winning entrant or by the month lapsing, the video of the initial score being achieved will be published. The timing is to ensure that the attempt is not copied and to ensure the players are happy the score is legitimately achievable.
Prize money will be £20 plus £1 for every completed attempt by a customer. If a player has paid their entry fee but has yet to complete their round, for example they are waiting in a queue to play and submit a score, their entry fee will not be included in the prize fund.
Only completed attempts after paying the entry fee will be accepted. Achieving a score then retrospectively paying to submit it is not permitted.
